Had an amazing experience booking with Ice Cream Kingdom. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. I will be booking them again and again!

Wonderful experience! Very easy to work with via email - timely and detailed responses, answered all my questions (and I had alot), and overall great customer service. Truck arrived on time, staff was super friendly with me and all our guests (over 300) and the ice cream stayed frozen from the first cone to the last. We will definitively do this again with Ice Cream Kingdom. Such a wonderful afternoon! It's amazing how many smiles cones of ice cream brought :)

Amazing experience with Ice Cream Kingdom - they arrived early and were ready to go for our event of 400 people. Communication leading up to the event was great - quick responses, provided ingredient lists for all products being served, etc. Our server was so friendly and efficient - we finished well within our planned window for such a large group.Ice Cream Kingdom is far superior to other companies in the GTA I've had experience with. Their trucks are clean and functioning properly. They are punctual and polite. This has not been my experience with other companies so needless to say I will definitely be using ICK for my future events!

Easy to work withI made a few phone calls and sorted out the details quickly. We agreed on the particulars.And we agreed to do business together.The truck arrived a few minutes early which was great.The driver was friendly and courteous and verified everything in advance.He served our guests in a timely manner.Everyone was happy and our picnic was a success.I would definitely recommend.

They were incredibly flexible with date and timing, we had to work around the rain. I would highly recommend based on the price and the service provided!

Best all around service you could ask for! We had the pleasure of working with Ice Cream Kingdom for our school's end of year barbecue. From the start, Bobby responded to all of my questions quickly and efficiently. On the day of the event, Jafar arrived on-time and also provided some fantastic feedback on how best to serve the students in the heat. I was absolutely AMAZED by Jafar's patience with the students. He served 700 students in two hours and remained kind and patient the whole time. This memorable customer service is what made me write this review. In the future, I would probably get two trucks to serve more students. I rarely write reviews, but needed to share this experience because it would help me make a decision to hire this company.
